How to troubleshoot when the gimbal cannot be controlled?

1) Check whether the communication serial port setting in the host software is consistent with the actual connection of the communication conversion interface.

2) Check whether the connection between the communication conversion interface and the serial port of the host is secure.

3) Check whether the power supply of the conversion interface is normal (the power light is always on).

4) If the above conditions are normal, please restart the computer and try again. If you still can't control it, there may be a problem with the transfer interface itself. If possible, please try another one.

5) When the conversion interface is operating normally, the gimbal still cannot be controlled. Check whether the monitoring software and the decoder itself match the gimbal control protocol and baud rate selected (read the instructions for the host and decoder).

6) Check whether the positive and negative polarities of the control line between the communication conversion interface and the decoder are correct.

7) Check whether the control cable connection between the decoder, the gimbal and the lens is correct, and pay special attention to the common terminal.

8) Check if the relay of the decoder works normally (with a clicking sound) when controlling the decoder. If the relay does not work properly, please check whether the fuse of the decoder is normal. If the fuse is normal, you can use a multimeter to test whether the control voltage output is normal.

9) Check whether the gimbal is normal.
